For my sister's wedding (previously mentioned) I carved foam pumpkins. Small sized ones as a centerpiece for the tables, medium to large for the buffet tables. And I painted their initials on the back of the pumpkins.
I also made the card box, it's a cauldron with flames coming out of the top and the guests would slide the cards through the flames. On the cauldron has the Shakespeare quote.
"O well done! I commend your pains; And every one shall share in the gains; And now about the cauldron sing, Live elves and fairies in a ring, Enchanting all that you put in."
